1. Who processes your data

Bora Bora ATV Explorer (Faanui, Bora Bora) is the data controller. Hosting & operations: PACIFIK'AI (Jordy TOOFA, sole trader — art. 28 GDPR processor).

2. What we collect

• Booking: name, email, phone, group composition, pickup hotel, drivers' first names.
• Messages: what you write to us (WhatsApp, email, website chat).
• No health data, no card data (payments go through a certified provider — simulated in this demo).

3. Purposes & retention

Running your tour, contacting you, accounting. Retention: 3 years after last contact, then automatic purge. No resale, no targeted advertising.

4. Automated assistant (AI)

The website chat is an automated assistant: it identifies itself and answers only from our own data (hours, prices, pickups). No personal data is sent to any external model in this version.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability: write to privacy@boraboraatvtours.com — reply within 30 days, every action traced in our internal journal.

6. Cookies

No third-party trackers. Only one technical session cookie for the team area.
